“The Y stakes orderd arrived in two lots but are the expected fantistic product to support plants. Only niggle resulting in 4 stars rather than 5 is that the web site showed all sizes ordered as in stock when some were not.”

“I ordered the nematodes (slug off) as I had heard they were great. They arrived quickly and I followed the instructions given. It worked really well for the first few days seemingly wiping out the huge slug population we had in our garden. However the box said it would last 6 weeks, but it made 2. I contacted Harold Horticulture customer service who were lovely. They asked I gave it a few more days, however a week later I rang again as I had a massively increasing slug population and my home grown veg and garden flowers were starting to be eaten. Again the customer service was great and having looked on the internet I could not find anyone who had had a problem with nematodes. I was going to order another box from Harold Horticulture (hoping for a 10% discount or something) but they instead have replaced my original order for free. The new box of nematodes is due in a few days and I am confident that I had a dud box (everything that is on the net says that if they stay in a hot room for too long that kills them and as the it was very hot and sunny over the delivery period my assumption is that maybe it was too hot in the delivery van (process). However, Harold Horticulture were great and I would not hesitate to recommend the nematodes as they did kill off a large portion of the slug population in my garden for over the first 48 hrs. I'm sure the replacement box will work for the 6 weeks advertised and I will order another box then as well!”

“I am very pleased with your lightweight cages overall but the aluminium tubing does bend under severe winds and I have had to replace poles more than once”

“The Raised bed was fine very sturdy and looks good. The manger now looks good but had to modify one of the planks sent as it was too long. All took a bit of time on the manger but once 1/4" shaved off things fitted perfectly and looks good. Veg planted but it has been very cold in Northumberland more like winter so will wait to see what I get. On the whole it was exactly what I wanted bar the too long plank.”

“Purchased a fruit cage. Telephoned you for advice on how many corner/support units necessary as it was a long unit size, responder was very helpful. Thankyou. The cage arrived promptly, well packaged and complete. Much fun had by family erecting it! I'm unsure about butterfly invasion as it is to be used to protect cabbages and sprouting. Your alternative smaller mesh option did not catch my attention when I placed the order - perhaps this could be highlighted for others who intend to use your product likewise. Generally very happy with your service. Thankyou.”

“Good service. Came really quickly. disappointed with the quality of some of the wood provided for the raised bed. Some pieces were cracked. Heavy duty piece of kit that looks as if it will last for a very long time.”

“Greenhouse furniture was easy to assemble and exactly what I was looking for. However, the bird feeder I ordered was out of stock and so the accompanying bird seed catching tray and hook that was delivered is sitting on my table redundant.”

“the pea frames are good but not easy to put the top together properly. I got it right for the second frame but will redo the first attempt at the end of the year . It would be good if they were easily dismantled for storage in the winter.”
