“I ordered cherry sleeves and fitted them as instructed. I've had an enormous crop of perfect fruit from a small 12 year old tree that in previous years was always stripped by birds before the cherries ripened. Highly satisfied.”

“Bought a fruit cage but on arrival some small defects were present in the netting. Phoned Harrods next day and very pleasant receptionist arranged no quibble replacement which arrived by post 2 days later.”

“Despite previous attempts to advise them that they have the wrong email address for their customer I am still receiving erroneous emails from them and presumably their 'valued customer' is wondering why they are being ignored! Please ask them to sort this out else I will just block their emails and they will presumably have lost an opportunity to sort out communications with their customer.”
