“Quick turnround of order. Goods up to standard”

“The product I ordered was out of stock but they didn't tell me when I ordered it. It was a chafer bug trap so needed to be used at a certain time of year. They never let me know it was out of stock and when I didn't receive it I phoned up to ask to be told they didn't have it but will do by the end of the week. This was too late for me to use the product!! They didn't take payment and cancelled the order. The lady I spoke to on the phone was also very pleasant. However overall not the best experience as I feel I should have been told at the time I ordered would not receive the product it time to use it”

“You sent exactly the products we were expecting, the netting is especially good and the way in which you tag and package makes it easy to 'square' up. prompt deliveries too.”

“We ordered fruit support frames and bespoke pond net frames in the black powder coated steel frames. Our orders have been filled and dispatched promptly every time although a little extra time for made to measure items is to be expected as they are not a stock item. We have been very pleased with the looks and usability of these products. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly on the few occasions we have needed to talk to them.”

“I ordered butterfly netting to keep cabbage whites from my brassicas. The width I had ordered was not in stock so I was sent a much wider net which meant that I was able to protect my plants immediately, not leaving them to the butterflies whilst the right netting was available. I now have many very frustrated butterflies unable to get to my plants. Thank you so much for the common sense adaption of my order.”

“I ordered fruit tree sleeves, smaller diameter ones for cherries. They are strong, and very good, fully recommended. They arrived within 2 days.”

“Arrived very promptly after placing the order. I arranged for it to be delivered to my office. The framing comes well packed a in sturdy cardboard tube. But beware - I just got it into my car to take it home after unpacking the framing from the tube. It was easy to erect by myself. We bought it to prevent our cats lying on our newly planted herbs and so far it has proved to be highly successful. The black netting dissolves into the background and very quickly it becomes invisible. All in all a very good purchase.”
