“Good efficient service. Raised wooden beds are easy to construct and the range of sizes is ideal. The runner bean frame is very well made and saved me struggling with rotting canes year after year. I also like the steel cage for raised beds which together with the supplied netting has helped keep my brassicas from being munched by pigeons.”

“The metal Arch is reasonable although I worry that it will rust from the ground up in time. The wooden Arch arrived damaged and Harrod have agreed a modest compensation for fixing it. The basic frame is of strong material but the side screens are poorly made.”

Many thanks for your order and review. We can confirm that our metal Arches are galvanised and powder coated throughout giving them a 10 year framework guarantee. We are also very sorry that the wooden Arch was not of the high quality that we normally expect and have forwarded your comments to our suppliers. “Great value for money and would definitely buy from this company again. Customer service was brilliant when I had a problem with the products that were originally delivered (a few damaged parts), hence the overall 4 star rating, but after liaising with Harrod their solution to my query was quick and very satisfactory. The quality of final products were fantastic. Very easy to construct (2 large raised beds).”

Whilst most of our products are manufactured by ourselves, regrettably the Cloches are bought in products and we are completely in the hands of our suppliers regarding stock dates. “The large, pale green obelisk was very easy to assemble and set up. It required a mallet and short post of the same diameter as the supporting legs, to make four holes of the same depth required, achieving these required positions by one person supporting one side as the first two holes were made and then the other holes made by the same method. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and the final result is a fine architectural feature which blends in with the garden as a whole. Excellent! The climbing and rambling roses will be fabulous features of it.”
