“Order arrived punctually. I thought that the spade which I had ordered was too small so I rang to see if it could be taken back. The person to whom I spoke was very helpful & said it would be collected the next day. On reflection, I changed my mind & rang to say that I would keep it. Again I was treated with courtesy, & the change of plan was no problem. It was a birthday gift for my husband & he is very pleased with it.”

“This is a very good fruit cage, its easy to assemble if you take your time. Pay attention to the instructions and read them thoroughly though as its easy to rush ahead. Its important to note the depth of hole needed for the four uprights as that reflects later for the door fitting. Also the ratchet ties can be undone if you press the little stud, great if you get the placement incorrect. Very pleased with this cage and would recommend It”

“I will see whether the eco wood treatment works in time, but the postage was excessive. No bigger than a pack of cards and lighter in weight - £4.99 postage is ridiculous. They refunded £1 when I complained, but still far too much. £1 would have been fair.”
