“The quality of the product that I purchased is absolutely first class. Two lovely obelisks grace my garden.Unfortunately a small amount of damage occurred during transportation but the company couldn't have been more helpful and problem sorted immediately. I highly recommend them both for quality and customer service”

“I liked the fact that they had exactly what I wanted I ordered the brown weed control fabric which I wanted ,but didn't even know existed until I came across it on the harrods site it was delivered promptly and packaged very well I haven't used it yet but it looks strong and I think it will be perfect.”

“Far from making me happy,you gave me a reason to question the quality of the product I ordered. I have since accepted the product,but haven't received any answer from yourselves. I have already voiced my concern by telephone,shortly after delivery. To recap; I ordered 4m wide 30gm fleece,in order to cut it into 2m width,because that was cheaper than your advertised 2m fleece.I was more than surprised to find that my order was joined with a narrow strip at just over 3m! I can only hope that this join will survive the life of the fleece. Why didn't you make this "join" clear in your advert?”

The 4m width Insulating Fleece does have a join but this should not affect the performance of the material. “the trellis is a good shape - I've bought them before - but this time there were two fixings missing and four of the washers supplied snapped as the trellis was installed.”
