“It was good. The original service forgot the instruction for my fruit cage but was sent them by email”

“Plants very good but very confusing emails. They arrive saying plants arriving but then plants do not it was three weeks from first to last email and then confirmation came from the nursery that grew the plants. It would be good if this was ironed out to stop confusion.”

“We are pleased with our fruit cage , it came very quickly though one small part of the frame was missing . We phoned to explain and it was posted onto us straight away .”

“I have three, 3 tier metal raised planters. They look really good, they look contemporary and exactly what I wanted. The only complaint is over inadequate packaging as on each planter I have at least one damaged panel that I have strategically placed away from view. A simple wooden frame would do the trick, the cardboard wasn't enough. However, I am so pleased with the impact the raised planters make.”

We understand that the beds have now been assembled and you have managed to hide the damaged plank. “I am happy with everything about my purchases except the constant requests for feedback. I would not be repeatedly buying the same thing if I wasn't happy with it. There appeared to be a Horse Chestnut Leaf miner swarm over this last weekend and it was extraordinary to see lines of the little moths heading for a newly installed trap. Although we have been successfully using the traps over a number of years, we had never seen them in action before. It was clear proof of how effective they are.”

“The raised beds were of good quality and served as a good model for making my own at a fraction of the cost The real advantage was ease of assembly. I am happy with the steel and perspex tunnel cloches but expected to have the model with corrugated perspex as illustrated in the catalogue, which would have higher inherent strength in avoiding twisting of the structure. The catalogue photograph should actually illustrate the product being sold”

“Your products are good, but your instructions hopeless. I bought the tomato planters and the covers. I still don't know how to put the washers on the pots to support the canes. I don't think the washers fit in the lower holes.”

“Excellent time in delivery. Very substantial weight good value for money. I have telephoned yourselves regarding a missing Node back and hope that I receive it promptly to enable me to get if fixed using the brackets that I have purchased.”

“I am delighted with the products I have bought. They are well made and sturdy, delivered in a reasonable time and well packed. Sadly they are also a little on the expensive side, I believe this is because you are buying from Harrod's.”

“I had the superior raised beds. Basically it’s a good kit but it is difficult to Align the upright poles correctly to construct the raised beds properly. The screw heads are soft and easily damaged when using a power driver. That said the finished product is good.”
