“The item that was ordered was as described. It arrived a bit later than I thought it would but the time was acceptable. There is one issue with the item which is a design fault and nothing really to do with Harrod Horticultural so on the whole a good item”

“My only disappointment was the slow delivery owing to stock shortage. I opted for express delivery but insufficient items arrived on time for me to use in the time I had set aside. I understand why this happened - there was an offer on before the spring bank holiday and stock ran out. To their credit they sent all the items by 24 hour delivery as they came into stock, which must have dented their profits. My disappointment could have been avoided if the stock control system had told me of the shortages at the time of ordering. Otherwise I am pleased to have found this company, I like the quality and breadth of their ranges and their prices are reasonable. Thank you.”

“A bit more information about delivery times would have given you five stars! The fencing is great and was as easy to put up (with two people) as advertised. BUT the amount of plastic used to pack the fencing was completely excessive. It took two of us almost as long to remove the plastic as it did to erect the fence. Given all the worry about plastic at the moment I hope that you can find some alternative form of packing. I have had metal products from other horticultural suppliers that has safely arrived in cardboard packaging.”

“Made an order of 2 different products. One was out of stock but they sent an email to advise me and sent out the product that was available and advised me when the second product was on its way. It was great that they didn’t hold my order up and that they kept me informed.”

“I am very pleased with the veg cage its better than I hoped. Where Harrod let me down was the delivery. It took 10 days to arrive when I saw on their site delivery is 3-5 days. This was very disappointing.”

“Cutesy plugs arrived and growing nicely. I did have to wait a while for the delivery but I guess we were waiting for the little seeds/ plantlings to do their thing. Can't rush nature. Oh and you get a useful information booklet on how best to treat your plants. Thank you.”

“Purchased their metal wall trellis panels With black coating. Very pleased with the quality of the product , would have given 5 stars but they were let down by their delivery contractor who damaged an item in transit which was replaced by Harrod when reported to them. Would recommend them for quality of product.”
