“Very pleased with the parsnip plants ordered from Harrod Horticultural. Arrived in good health and good condition and are growing well. Early problem with order was quickly sorted.”

“Ordered some vegetable plants. Unfortunately there was a long delay for delivery. I was informed there was a problem with the nursery and the plants wouldn't be available for a bit longer. The customer service agent was very helpful, cancelled my order and arranged a refund. So I didn't get my plants but the customer service to rectify it was very good.”

“The original cloche I received was faulty but a better one was provided which was good. The fruit cage is quite complicated to construct and I wait to see if any of the nuts or bolts are lost into the soil due to wind rock. The plastic clips keeping the mesh onto the frame blow off regularly though the wind is not particularly strong for this area and they tear the netting. This is frustrating. I dread having to take the frame down and deconstruct it for storage as there are so many small parts. Service was polite and helpful.”

“I ordered your Superior metal raised beds. The arrived in good time and the driver was very helpful in delivering to the back garden. excellent, well constructed product ----- but very difficult to put together as the holes and bolts were all located within the internal structure.”

“Apart from there being a misprint on the instructions regarding the pole lengths which slightly foxed us to begin with I can recommend the quality of the hoop cage and netting.”

“Bought a raised vegetable bed. Delivered on time. Appears to be good quality wood. Not sure how well the pre-drilled holes were lined up; seemed a bit fiddly to start with. I was happy to be using an electric screw driver for the job. The bed looks smart in my garden.”

“Although there was a slight delay in delivery I was kept informed. The goods were of excellent quality and very well packaged. Assembly was straightforward with good instructions and plenty of fixings. Very soon we had a very nice raised bed with liner ready for planting. I will definitely order from Harrodsburg again.”

“The vegetables I ordered arrived carefully packed in biodegradable material. Delighted with them. The only thing is that I wish I had received a bit more notice as per when the items were due to arrive.”

“The customer services at Harrod horticulture is exceptionally good. My call was answered straight away, concerns were noted and generated a prompt and very favourable outcome. She was pleasant and friendly and made you feel at ease. All their products ,i have bought so far from them have been of high quality, albeit a bit pricey. Thank you customer services.”

“Service from Harrods is good, delivery not so much. My fruit cage was literally left at may front door, driver didn’t give me chance to open my garage before off loading it. On calling Harrods to complain, my delivery charge was reimbursed without question.”
