“My order arrived very promptly and was left in the safe place I had indicated. However, the fixings for the greenhouse bubble-wrap were expensive and very flimsy compared to ones I have bought in the past from other suppliers.”

“There can by uncertainty buying anything on-line so it is reassuring when things go well. Ordering from Harrod is easy and the catalogues, both on-line and in print, give plenty of information to help customers "get it right". Delivery was fast (within 2 days of ordering, as I remember) although a tall plant support was delivered damaged (by the delivery company) on two occasions but speedily put right by Harrod.”

“Parasene Cloches ( and fleece) delivered to time and perfect condition. But you really should check your suppliers instructions are readable, not photocopies of photocopies, and are easily understandable.”
