“Delivery was very quick, the only thing was the corner of the item ordered was broken off so would suggest a little more packing to protect the corners.”

“Sturdy product - very efficient delivery BUT was unaware that electric drill and someone who knew how to use it would be VITAL! Took quite a while to decifer the instructions and although I have easily put together an IKEA triple wardrobe, this was beyond me and had to resort to pay a "proper man" to put it together for me.... All planted now and looking very nice - but beware...”

“Excellent service. The copper plant labels were okay but let down by the copper wire that went with label by being far to thicker gauge to attach to the plant stems you could not possibly twist the wire together so I had to use some thin copper wire I found in my shed. I would not purchase this product again.”

“We purchased an arch for the garden. Unfortunately despite excellent wrapping the key elements arrived damaged. Following a phone call, replacements were dispatched within 2 days. Excellent service. All instructions were clear. The arch is now installed. Looks good.”
