“Design service took rather a long time to get back to me, and then quoted the wrong number to the ordering department, (despite the ordering department asking them specifically - Above ground or Below ground arch) which resulted in a 24hr delivery at your cost. Ordering department was excellent Roman arch product is excellent!”

“The website was fairly easy to follow and the product was the shape and size I required. I thought it was fairly expensive but it was actually sturdier and better quality than it appeared in the picture. Well packaged and quick delivery.”

“We bought several link-a-board beds to replace old rotten wooden ones and are very pleased with them. They look good and should last many years. My husband found them easy to assemble. However,as they are two boards high they needed braces. Why is there no mention on your web site or in your catalogue that the boards have to be drilled in order for the braces to be used? A demonstration in the video would also be helpful. The instructions say "you will need to drill straight links through to the third web". This is not possible with a normal sized drill bit, but drilling a hole in the appropriate web was OK. I have never had to drill holes in a self assembly item from IKEA! I would add that customer services were excellent.”

Thank you for your recent order and review. We do state in both our catalogue and in the help and advice section of our website that a hole will need to be drilled in the straight connector to fit the support brace. “Goods arrived in good condition and well wrapped although I would look to use a different fastening to staples to hold the lids on the tubes. Hard to get out and notorious skin rippers.”

“I ordered two items from Harrods. A pair of ladies gardening gloves, and a trowel. Both items arrived on the stated day, bother items securely packed, but no excessively so. I just say that the recipient of he gifts was also highly delighted. Will definitely order again.”

“Order arrived on the due date, was well packed but not overly so. Gloves were well made, soft yet strong enough to protect the hands when in use. As for the trowel, being made by Burgeon and Ball speaks for itself. Strongly made, practical and well designed.”
