I was rather disappointed with delivery not as notified and had to telephone as we were going away and did not want it left in the greenhouse. The roof netting had two small holes which we repaired and in one or two places the interlocking was twisted so also a bit disappointed with the product.

The product isnt suitable to rub mud of wellingtons cause it slips away. Sending back was almost more expensive than buying the boot brush.

The niger seed feeder looks nice but after more than 3 weeks it hasn't attracted any gold finches. 2 gold finches visited our old sunflower heart feeder for the first time but they haven't plucked up the courage to move on to the niger seed. I fear the cage is too bright and shiny.

They have a range of interesting and usefull products, but their delivery system could be more flexible with current technology.

Cage looked to be reasonable quality, however every time i have put the clips on and put the net up it has blown down overnight so i would not have bought it as we do get quite windy weather in Cornwall. I suspect we will have to put more permanent connectors in place . Did ask the company what they suggested and they advised more clips, which we will try.

Thank you for you review and order. We understand that you are having difficulties with the net releasing from the framework of your Storm Proof Cage. The clips supplied with these types of cages are designed to release during high wind or heavy snow. This is to prevent the framework from becoming damaged. We do advise adding more frame saver clips to help however, this could prevent the net from releasing giving a bigger risk of damage. We hope this is of help and thank you once again for your order.

The frame has been poorly designed eg the top right quadrant is merely a repeat of the left quadrant. Customer care was non existent and offered no refund for a bad design

Good quality BUT lacks the stability provided by an additional stabilisation 'arm' that most other designs incorporate.

Ordered a strawberry netting and frame for my son for Christmas present. I had it delivered here in November without realizing that it would be a solid 2.5meter length - I should have had it delivered to his house. It never occurred to me that as a "self assembly" it would be 2.5m long. It is still unopened in my garage, the only place large enough to house it. I did find the small print after it had arrived, I suppose most people order for themselves.

PACK 50 SUPER ALLISPACERS were very disappointing. I have a new Castle greenhouse and the Allispacers were too large to fit in the greenhouse frame channels. Twisting them to fit in the channels just distorted the plastic and they then fell out when putting up the insulation bubblewrap.

The order was dealt with efficiently and fast, even though it was very inconvenient that the two orders arrived as separate deliveries. We were very disappointed that the three part compost bin arrived in more than 100 single parts, and every item had to be assembled in order to build the bins. It would have been helpful to have had this information prior to ordering. We assumed that the bins are delivered as flatpack panels, and it cost us two days to assemble everything instead of the assumed 3 hours.

Very nice trough,reasonable price,but delivery is terrible,large pieces of wood and delivery driver dumps them at the front gate,had to take them to my house myself,8ft pieces of wood and the rest,large garden so it's 20 meters to front gate,I won't be ordering from them again,it happened with the first 6ft trough I ordered too
