Initially I thought the Poppadom was doing an excellent job until I discover cabbage white caterpillars on my broccoli. Not happy as I thought the netting was suitable for keeping butterflies out.

The plastic lockable tube connectors are better than the rubber balls but the corner connectors tend to slip down and I had to drill another hole and fit a self tapper screw to secure it. Perhaps a small mod on the corner section to make it thicker to accept a screw?

To confirm, our Slot and Lock Connectors do have a section for a fixing screw to prevent the issue you have experienced. The fruit cage I ordered was of a high standard. However, there were parts missing (the four way connectors) and when I contacted you about it nothing arrived.(I gave it more than a week). I had to ring you again and eventually the parts came. This was extremely frustrating

I bought an arch for a path, to replace one that had fallen down. it has been erected by a craftsman, So far it seems fine, but I need to wait some years to see if it remains sound.

Assembly of the frame was easy and no problems but securing the netting was tricky and the teeth on the pegs don’t seem to hold it securely. In retrospect I should have realised it would be a faf to have to undo the netting each time I wanted to pick the strawberries.

To be honest I am disappointed with the arch. The screws are too easily over tightened it is made of lighter weight metal than I expected and the fixing between the arch top and the sides is week.

Product matched catalogue description and arrived as scheduled. However the catalogue did not make clear the amount of assembly required. This was fiddly and required at least two people. Also the metal rods delivered were not all straight which made it difficult to assemble the trellis square.

Goods received well packed and in reasonable time but I’d had no previous notification of delivery date and was not in to accept them. Arrived home to find everything ‘dumped’ in the drive despite request to ‘leave in porch’

I purchased a weed flame burner and 6 gas canisters. The advertised canisters were replaced with smaller cans without my knowledge but I was charged for the larger cans. Harrod reimbursed me once I had made a complaint

My delivery took far longer than was promised , that was the courier I guess and you did deal with my phone calls very well. Now the staging oh dear not what I expected it was like putting a biscuit tin to gether. So thin and glitzy not really suitable for rural polytunnel The struts are loose so keep moving around, not very convenient Overall not what I wanted M D Evans
