“I am very pleased with my new pergola. On delivery, three of the ground inset posts were damaged. There were slight scuffs on a few other bars, but those I was happy to accept.. I phoned Charlotte who asked for a phone-photo of the damage. No problems there. She arranged delivery and also included a tin of touch-up paint for the bars. What service! I would highly recommend Harrod Horticultural for their professional service from initial placement of order to resolving the problem I had.”

“I purchased a vegetable frame. Similar to one I had bought from Hard before. I am very pleased with it. So far no more crop damage from butterflies or pigeons. Easy to assemble. I did not give 5 stars because of problems with delivery.”

“In my experience, everything about Harrod Horticultural has been positive. Great quality products for the price. “Ten years I have had no cherries due to pigeons - this year, after purchasing the branch nets, I have had hundreds and hundreds- thoroughly and totally recommended , with quick release cable ties included, delivered quick and brilliant product at good price”

“The Pond netting was just what I had been looking for, strong enough to keep the herons out, but the mesh is wide enough to let the dragon flies and other creatures to have access in and out of the pond. I was able to purchase just the amount bI required, and it was delivered promptly. Thank You.”
