“The plant supports we bought are good quality and look good. The big difference with this order is that you have improved your packaging and changed your courier. Previous orders of this product arrived in just polythene wrapping and often bent. This time they came in good solid boxes, in perfect condition. And the boxes have made great play tunnels for our grandchildren! Thank you.”

“I’ve searched everywhere for a net like this - something that’s light and easily removed so I can get to my pond. Only down side was it trapped birds under it until I ‘anchored’ it down. Communication was good via email and it was delivered quickly - would recommend this company”

“The fruit/veg cage was stated as keeping butterflies out and it doesn't. I've had 5 cabbage whites inside the cage and I can see them getting in and out through the netting. I am very disappointed.”

Thank you for your order and review. We understand that a member of our Customer Services Team has contacted you to explain that the Fruit Cage which you ordered is supplied with bird netting and this does not prevent butterflies from entering the cage, only birds. However, if you wish to protect your brassicas, we do also supply butterfly netting if required. We hope this explanation is of help to you.

“Excellent item. The instructions take a bit of interpretation but after some headscratching, the frame's assembly is relatively easy. I needed to reduce length to fit inside a 1 metre raised bed. I used a handheld plumbers pipe cutter to reduce the length of the pipes by 100mm. The frames are now supporting the runner beans securely and safely.”

“Excellent product - I am so pleased with it! My peas are romping up it happily and it means I have no more frustrated trying to persuade them to climb twigs and peas sticks, which they never want to do! Would recommend to anyone and in fact, have done so!!”

“I ordered 2 x packs of parsnip plants (20 per pack) and they only sent 1x pack, emailed/contacted them and eventually after a week they got back to me and apologised and sent another pack out, had them planted in the ground now for a few weeks and the second batch that they sent does not seem to be growing very well, will wait another week to see how they go but they look like they won't survive, very disappointed and will go else where next year”
