“whilst initial packaging was not robust enough to protect the trumpet hoops in transit, excellent customer service meant I did get the product in good condition, on the third attempt, having created a customer-fit box.”

“I needed a raised pond cover. Harrods gave me good advice by email & directed me towards a cost effective solution of modifying one of their standard raised pond covers. The pond cover frame is excellent quality, black powder coated aluminium, was easy to modify, assemble & the final result is excellent aesthetically & practically. Thank you!!!”

“Very helpful in identifying which product I'd been given as a present and what components I could use with it. The fruit cage is very sturdy and has kept out birds, squirrels, deer and rabbits whilst allowing insect to pollinate. Easy to erect on my own.”
