“Problems with delivery were not handled promptly, causing inconvenience. Since placing the order I seem to be being bombarded with unsolicited emails offering products I have not requested. I don't think it is an exaggeration to say that I have received at least one email per day since placing my order.”

“Fruitcage bits arrived on time but I was unimpressed by the poor design of the door hinges and latch. Probably not the fault of the company but of their supplier, hence a "good" review for the firm.”
