“This is a high quality solid item but some of the wood had split when it arrived so we had to fix that to avoid water getting in to these areas and shortening its life. We then coated the whole thing in fence wood stain to give it a smarter appearance. The poly mesh dual layer cover is useful to help shield the veg from cabbage white butterfly but is not full proof!”

“Quick and safe delivery. But very disappointed that the netting on my two fruit frames came off completely in the strong winds...I will have to do without the hooks supplied and tie it back on with string...a lot of money for this set of goods I'm afraid.”

“Received the Nematode's within about ten days placed in greenhouse as instructed, they have now been in for about two weeks but there still seems to be quite a number of them still on the cards un hatched I don't know if this is normal? at the same time I hung yellow sticky traps these are collecting great numbers of white fly also so the numbers are greatly reduced.”

“Bought a cage for my chickens as they are desperate for more green space. The design could be much improved by having foot plates on the corners and horizontal bars round the base so that one can more easily move the whole thing onto new ground without having to dig out the corners again.”

“Would have scored higher but courier emailed a delivery time of after 11pm. Harrod reassured me this is incorrect which it was but still entailed unnecessary phone calls. Harris clearly aware of this issue but failed to stop it hence lower score. Order was delivered quickly & pleased with quality of goods.”

“Whilst all of the above were excellent the delivery was poor. My sister waited in a whole day for the delivery, I had to make a phone call to you to see what had happened and then it was delivered at a different time from the one that was stated as the second try. The driver was unable to find the house. A quick phone call to my mobile on the proper delivery date would have solved the problem. Not good enough in this day and age of mobiles! Customer services very helpful. Will get my sister to upload photograph!”

“I have marked you poor regarding order placement because I ordered 10m X 4m netting and got an email to say it was out of stock but you gave me a provisional date when you would have it back in stock. This date passed and I called you. You advised me that you had been let down by your supplier but you would provide 10m by 6m for the same price and you would mail it that day for delivery the next day. I then received an email advising me of the delay to my original order. Your service when I called you was excellent but I was disappointed that I wasn't emailed sooner re the further delay.”
