“The sleeves worked a treat though they do look completely daft. the cherries ripened and were delicious and I actually got to eat them this year!”

“Whilst all of the above were excellent the delivery was poor. My sister waited in a whole day for the delivery, I had to make a phone call to you to see what had happened and then it was delivered at a different time from the one that was stated as the second try. The driver was unable to find the house. A quick phone call to my mobile on the proper delivery date would have solved the problem. Not good enough in this day and age of mobiles! Customer services very helpful. Will get my sister to upload photograph!”

“I have marked you poor regarding order placement because I ordered 10m X 4m netting and got an email to say it was out of stock but you gave me a provisional date when you would have it back in stock. This date passed and I called you. You advised me that you had been let down by your supplier but you would provide 10m by 6m for the same price and you would mail it that day for delivery the next day. I then received an email advising me of the delay to my original order. Your service when I called you was excellent but I was disappointed that I wasn't emailed sooner re the further delay.”

“Pleased with the cage ,nothing missing from the delivery but if there is a fault it is the door ! The plastic corner joints aren't sufficiently strong to prevent the door from dropping .To overcome the problem buy an aluminium strip (screwfix) and fix a brace from hinge side to bottom door frame.”

“Vegetable cage is very easy to assemble and works really well. Particularly like the net clips which are very easy to use. Still have not got to grips with the net opening device as it appears that we need to cut the net and the instructions are not clear.”

“Thanks for the very quick and efficient way that you processed my order for a 4x4 vegetable cage , since it has been up ,in our allotment, I have been asked where did I get it an have passed on two of you catalogues on to other plot holders , I am sure that you will be getting more orders very soon . “service very efficient and quick. My only concern lies with Rolawn but as agents for their soil I thought it was worth mentioning to you now. The first bag could not be offloaded from the truck as the trolley could not take the weight and the driver used all his strength to move the load to no avail. H e returned next morning with an electric powered trolley and finally managed deliver it. The second batch was almost as difficult as there was some concern over the hydraulic tail gate being able to take the weight. I felt sorry for the drivers who were battling with very heavy and bulky items.”

“Would have been 5stars, as the company is very good, but I was misinformed about a product on first attempt to get info. Subsequent calls were quite different. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff who put right the earlier problem”
