“I am delighted with my purchase of a grand obelisk plus hole former. All erected and jasmine planed round the legs. Looks very impressive and will be better when surrounding shrubs have been trimmed back. Have taken phopo which I have not managed to send to Jordan, but will get some technical when trimming back has been done. Brotherin law in Glocs was delighted with his lobster pot birthday present in August. You are a great firm. Sheila H”

“Ordering was simple and very efficiently done. I had a query immediately prior to delivery and payment which again was very helpfully dealt with. Goods received as expected with clear instructions for self assembly. Raised bed now in position and we are very pleased and looking forward to planting up.”

“One order of a crown top feeding station took 5 separate deliveries on random days across 2 to 3 weeks, as several pieces arrived separately. I now have excess parts that they don't want back as well. I was told I would receive the cost of my delivery charge back but didn't.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the multiple deliveries and the confusion surrounding your order. Unfortunately, our carrier experienced issues locating some of the parcels, which resulted in replacement items being dispatched. The original parcels were then delivered shortly afterwards, leaving you with duplicate parts. As these items were sent as a result of the delivery issue, we advised that there was no need to return them. We understand how frustrating this experience must have been and apologise for the disruption caused. As a gesture of goodwill, we have now refunded your delivery charge. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

“I was so pleased that I'd no longer be damaging my plants while pulling the hose pipe around the garden. However, they arrived the day a hose pipe ban was implemented. They are in place on the corners of the beds and look really good. I was impressed with the quality.”

“I think the instructions should include the fact that the two poles cross over in the middle and include an important small piece which was hidden inside one of the fabric tubes which are part of the main body of the dome.”

“Ordered netting and a hotbin. The hotbin did not come with all the extras named in catalogue namely the starter pack. Queried with customer services who later sent an email saying this was no longer supplied. No compensation offered and missing the point that it against consumer credit laws to not supply as advertised! Rather erodes trust for future orders.”

“The goods took several days to be delivered, after having been notified they were dispatched. The delivery company did not notifiy us in advance of the delivery date and just turned up unannounced. The driver then returned later in the day claiming to have delivered too many packages, but he hadn't. Some of the timber has not been QA checked, and has unacceptable splits or bends.”
