“Great service! We did call to see what their express delivery service meant and how long it would take and they answered promptly. We ordered butterfly netting and it arrived promptly and was excellent for our veggie patch.”

“I am an avid fan of Harrod Horticultural products, owning 22 items. i have confidence in the finishes and the care taken in construction. I like the look,especially in the vegetable garden. The range of items is not cheap, but then value is beyond just price. Robustness counts. Much thought is applied to the design too.”

“I bought a brassica cage but it had no door and access was very difficult. I contacted to see what could be done and they advised a purpose made zip. I bought one and fitted it and am absolutely delighted with it.”

“Ordered the node wall trellis. Ordered the optional wall hanging brackets thinking it would be easier to fit but husband was very impressed with the design and node system that we ended up not needing them. Also ordered the core lawn edging which is a high quality item.”

“My order was delivered when expected, although there was a slight delay owing to the carrier missing a day's pickup. The product, a Superior Roman Garden Arch, was very easy to assemble on my own, and only needed an additional pair of hands to install in the ground.”

“I purchased the Roman pergola. The frame is strong and the instructions were good However I am worried about the fixings used in the construction. They are flimsy plastic that doesn’t appear strong so I’m concerned about the life expectancy. If the fixings perish the frame will collapse”

“Bought a standard 2400 x 1200 raised bed only 150mm high as a start to a no-dig veg bed. Went together ok apart from the corner posts which all broke/split when the screws were put in. They were too small so we put in bigger ones which was ok. The small size we guess is so they are covered by the capping rail.”
