“I have in the past received excellent service from HH. On this last occasion it failed to provide a good product. In my opinion the website description of it was lacking, and when I thought of returning it the cost of doing so was the same as the purchase price. I am therefore left with a useless product.”

“Excellent products. Only issue is that if you buy again it is impossible to access the free delivery that is promised with a second purchase. Always requires a phone call”

“Customer number; 0042102848 Order Number: 1420518 Having spent nearly £300 on an Aluminium Fruit cage I am very disappointed with the quality. My daughter and her partner have spent two whole days trying to erect this. The instructions were abysmal.The door catch does not work, the side netting is not long enough and there is far too much netting for the roof. I am really upset as the whole thing looks shoddy and definitely not what I had expected. I deliberately bought from you as I have had raised beds from you which are extremely good quality and fit for purpose. I cannot say the same for the fruit cage.”

“It would have been 5 stars had it not been for DHL. Was supposed to arrive on the Wednesday. I then received an e-mail saying it was delayed by a day. Thursday DHL arrtive with 28 of 29 packages. Told the missing package, which was all the screws and fittings, would arrive the following day. It didn't. Tried to contact DHL and after 30mins wait gave up. E-mailed and in fairness got a reply about 8pm on the Friday evening saying my package would arrive in two business days. It was a Bank Holiday weekend so it finally arrived the following Wednesday!”

“Ordered two pairs of the 4 in 1 Veg beds while on offer, had cause to contact customer services (my error) and they were very helpful. Love the beds and they look really smart and a different look to my wooden ones that they have replaced - very happy and as soon as I have room for two more as the garden develops, I will be ordering again.”
