“We needed to renew our existing large, raised bed (2.4m x2.4m)and chose the Harrods Horticultural metal design in anthracite grey. It came on time. There was damage to one of the eight panels. I sent a short email and a photo to customer services who were extremely helpful and the replacement was delivered within a few days. The build was very easy and I managed to build the raised bed in situe and on my own (I popped Phillips screwdrivers into the corner bolt hole to temporarily hold the two Tiers in place. I did have to buy a small size socket set (which I needed anyhow). I am very pleased with the new raised bed. I just need to top up the soil levels and finish planting up.”

“Harrods is OK, but not the Courier they use, DX. DX lost one order, delivered another order in two different deliveries. They just turn up without letting you know or giving you any tracking info. Leave the delivery on the drive without ringing your doorbell, so you don't know it is there. Harrods are letting themselves down using DX.”
