“Ordered netting and a hotbin. The hotbin did not come with all the extras named in catalogue namely the starter pack. Queried with customer services who later sent an email saying this was no longer supplied. No compensation offered and missing the point that it against consumer credit laws to not supply as advertised! Rather erodes trust for future orders.”

“The goods took several days to be delivered, after having been notified they were dispatched. The delivery company did not notifiy us in advance of the delivery date and just turned up unannounced. The driver then returned later in the day claiming to have delivered too many packages, but he hadn't. Some of the timber has not been QA checked, and has unacceptable splits or bends.”

“Very efficient service within the time scales. My only comment is that the Obelisk was a birthday present for my sister in law. It would have been nice to have a 'Made in Britain" label attached. I had to let her know it was not Chinese.”

“I have not been able to use these lovely supports yet as my plants are still flowering and will need a prune back first. Also no rain and ground hard at the moment! They look great and well made! Great quick service. So hoping they are as good as they look, I am happy with them.”

“Ordering was easy, website was clear and delivery was timely. Product was easy to assemble but sadly one of the poles has slowly bent over a month of being in use which has made the cage a bit wonky, hence only 3 stars for quality of product.”
