“I ordered some bell cloches two of which were damage when I received them. Harrods asked for a picture of the damage and sent two new cloches immediately. Their service and efficiency was excellent and the cloches were very good value and work very well. Would definitely shop with them again.”

“I purchased the fruit tree nets last year and they worked as indicated in the catalogue, this season I required a few spare net holding connections and phoned Harrods to order them. The service was excellent and once having received them fitting them was also an easy task.”
