“Having had to chase up my order twice, I was told that the plants were coming direct from the nursery and they couldn't confirm when I'd get them. The very same day I received an odd email telling me that nothing on my order had been despatched and that the 'other' items in my order would be sent within 3 - 5 days. Still waiting. Do not buy plants from these people, they are a shambles”

We pride ourselves in offering a 1st class customer service so will investigate the points you raised in detail to see how we can improve the areas which require attention. We can confirm that your plants are despatched directly from our Nursery. As soon as they feel that the plants are well established and are ready to plant, the nursery will send these out. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

“I ordered a suite of black aluminium 16mm tubes, uprights, angles and supports to create a secure, robust, protection for my Koi. The framework is covered with a net secured by clips and plastic ties. It sits on a small brick wall and efficiently provides the required security from the herons on a flight path between lakes and canal. It is perfect.”

“Unfortunately I cannot comment on your products because we haven't received them yet. It's frustrating that we can't contact you by phone! Failing that, my wife emailed you about the status of our order, but she didn't get a reply. Earlier in the year we did phone you successfully and you were very helpful.”
