“Prompt delivery as expected. Netting is excellent, after years of struggling with cheap netting which bows from one contact point to another I treated myself to your product. The net holds it shape and is so much easier to put into position, when secured between two posts the hem sits in a straight line and does not bow so a space can easily be left for small birds/hedgehogs to enter and exit and pick at the slugs but keeps out the greedy pigeons I am very impressed, I just wish I had purchased this years ago, it has made netting my veg far quicker and much less stressful. It will also be a much easier task to lift and harvest and replace net in position. Very impressed.”

“My order consisted of 32 items (2 x 6ftx2ft raised beds and 4 x 4ftx2ft raised beds plus capping), Two items were missing on day of delivery but following my phone call to the office they arrived the following day. Very easy to assemble on my own and very satisfied with the result. My only minor criticism is with delivery and not sure how much input Harrod actually have with that - I had a large number of items and the delivery driver turned up out of the blue. Fortunately I was home when he turned up, BUT had I not been home I'm not sure if they would have just been dumped on the driveway/roadside or not delivered at all! I would have expected an email/contact to let me know at least that my order was being delivered. I was fortunate that I could call on a family member to help me move everything into my back garden as the delivery driver said it was roadside drop off only. Other than that I'm very happy with the product.”

“Plants very good but very confusing emails. They arrive saying plants arriving but then plants do not it was three weeks from first to last email and then confirmation came from the nursery that grew the plants. It would be good if this was ironed out to stop confusion.”

As soon as they feel that the plants are well established and are ready to plant, the nursery will send these out.
