I bought a boot cleaner but it it really needs fastening down to work well as it moves around as you try to clean your boots. I now have the front side wedged under something so it stays still. The mud stays outside the house now. It could really be a bit bigger wo work well.

Great product - superior raised beds, but appalling delivery. Not delivered by Harrod Horticultural themselves as the website suggests, but a third party who have no idea where your order is, and didn't deliver when they said they would. This would prevent me from ordering from Harrod Horticultural again.

It is frustrating for us when this happens because we cannot directly affect this part of the service when the goods leave our warehouse so rest assured this will be investigated fully to ensure the standards are improved further. Were you to order from us again we would be able to send this on an alternative carrier service.

Product ok, liner does not fit very well, the bed is also too shallow. I planted strawberry plants, I had to cut some of the roots off before planting. Height is good.

Thank you for your review and your order. We are sorry to hear that the liner to your Table Raised Bed did not fit well. We can confirm that once the bed is filled with soil the liner should push closer to the shape of the bed. We do offer a 12 inch deep Table Raised Bed for deeper rooting fruits and vegetables. I have repaired my fruit cage by buying a new door. My enquiries could have been dealt with more helpfully and I feel that I should be able to buy the individual parts separately. The new hinges etc are surplus as I was forced to utilise the old ones because of the slide on fit. Taking the frame apart was not possible because it is corroded badly. Fortunately I could attach the new door to the old style hinges and keep the old catch. It works but the experience was not satisfactory.

Prompt dispatch and well wrapped items. Value for money not so good, as I thought that the items (a propegator)was over priced and did not meet my expectations. I was expecting to receive a fully engineered assemble and not the flimsy DIY pack of parts that I actually received!

The service from Harrod Horticultural was prompt and professional but let down by their couriers. Despite having given instructions on where to leave the goods if we were out, and these were printed on the label, the goods were left on the front door step in full view of a busy road. Luckily I arrived back in time to retrieve them as neighbours have had several deliveries stolen.

Although the product was only just acceptable to me, Harrod were very good in offering replacement lights to the propagator and would have given me a refund if that had failed. I see that it is no longer stocked and I must say that on the whole I think it is a pretty shoddy piece of equipment and I shall have very little use for it. Idle of me to suppose, I daresay, that a good bit of kit would come at so low a price. Harrod are always unfailingly helpful and obliging and I have shopped many times in the past and will do so again.

Good delivery and packaging but the poles I ordered said they were 2 metres long but in fact were only 1.96 metres.

The process of ordering went very smoothly, but I was not told that the item I ordered would take up to 28 days to be delivered as it came direct from the manufacturers. When I rang to enquire where my order was I was told this, but it was only after I rang again that I got a possible date.

Not all of the timber was top quality. A few of the capping timbers had gouges which were not natural features. The post caps were very poor. I had to sand each one to get an acceptable finish. Worst of all was the quality of the screws. They were very soft and even when drilling pilot holes the head slots were being mangled. I was so frustrated with the first few which I couldn't even drill home and had to take out with pliers, that I used my screwfix turbo golds which worked perfectly. As it turned out the gold looked better on the capping than the silver. I got there in the end and the finished beds look ok but I could have done without the agro on a very hot day !!!
