“it did not with last order one item was of poor quailty”

“I have three, 3 tier metal raised planters. They look really good, they look contemporary and exactly what I wanted. The only complaint is over inadequate packaging as on each planter I have at least one damaged panel that I have strategically placed away from view. A simple wooden frame would do the trick, the cardboard wasn't enough. However, I am so pleased with the impact the raised planters make.”

We understand that the beds have now been assembled and you have managed to hide the damaged plank. “I am happy with everything about my purchases except the constant requests for feedback. I would not be repeatedly buying the same thing if I wasn't happy with it. There appeared to be a Horse Chestnut Leaf miner swarm over this last weekend and it was extraordinary to see lines of the little moths heading for a newly installed trap. Although we have been successfully using the traps over a number of years, we had never seen them in action before. It was clear proof of how effective they are.”

“The design of the planters I purchased seems unique so if you like the design it’s the only choice although I would say on the expensive side. The product itself is robust and well made the engineering is simple. The online ordering process is straight forward and with the PayPal option very convenient. Order acknowledgment is fast and any out of stock updates fast and efficient. The major downside is delivery notification estimate. I have purchased items on numerous occasions so my experience is not a one off. Today’s world of Amazon next day delivery schedules make the “sometime in the next three days” estimate unacceptable. It’s unreasonable and inconvenient having to stay home awaiting a delivery for this long, I want to know to the nearest day or preferably 4 hour time slot. Given a choice of where to buy this is enough to take my custom elsewhere”

We can confirm that because of the size of your order it was despatched via our carrier company Tuffnells. “Before l made my order l wrote to Harrod Horticultural, sending them a diagram of my raised bed growing space and from my dimensioned sketch they worked out my needs and then took the trouble to phone me and inform me which net suited my needs and also the dimensions of netting l needed..Then when l did order my goods were delivered even a day earlier than the expected delivery date...An Excellent Service.”
