“My order consisted of 32 items (2 x 6ftx2ft raised beds and 4 x 4ftx2ft raised beds plus capping), Two items were missing on day of delivery but following my phone call to the office they arrived the following day. Very easy to assemble on my own and very satisfied with the result. My only minor criticism is with delivery and not sure how much input Harrod actually have with that - I had a large number of items and the delivery driver turned up out of the blue. Fortunately I was home when he turned up, BUT had I not been home I'm not sure if they would have just been dumped on the driveway/roadside or not delivered at all! I would have expected an email/contact to let me know at least that my order was being delivered. I was fortunate that I could call on a family member to help me move everything into my back garden as the delivery driver said it was roadside drop off only. Other than that I'm very happy with the product.”

“Plants very good but very confusing emails. They arrive saying plants arriving but then plants do not it was three weeks from first to last email and then confirmation came from the nursery that grew the plants. It would be good if this was ironed out to stop confusion.”

“We are pleased with our fruit cage , it came very quickly though one small part of the frame was missing . We phoned to explain and it was posted onto us straight away .”

Thank you for your order and review. We can confirm that your plants are despatched directly from our Nursery. As soon as they feel that the plants are well established and are ready to plant, the nursery will send these out.
