“I love the garden bench. It’s exactly as described and looks fantastic on my balcony. There was a leg support missing but a phone call to Customer Services and a new set we’re put in the post the same day.”

“I purchased a cage with Slot & Lock joints and the corner braces. I had previously purchased one many years ago and subsequently had to purchase the corner braces as the wind caused distortion of the cage and damage to the plastic corner joints. So now, I would advise anyone buying a cage, if they are in a windy site, to purchase the corner braces as well. It is worth the extra expense.”

“The wire obelisk in the rust finish is everything I hoped it would be, having seen these in situ at Wisley I was inspired to try the obelisk in my garden. It enables me to grow climbing roses away from the usual fence or wall. Although expensive it is worth every penny, and the steel pegs are a brilliant idea. I will be buying more in due course”

Thank you for your order and review. We are sorry to hear of the delay with the delivery of your order. This was due to stock issues with our suppliers. Whilst most of our products are manufactured by ourselves, regrettably the Heating Mats are a bought in product and we are completely in the hands of our suppliers regarding stock dates.
