“Plants arrived promptly and in good condition. I ordered 4-5 feet laurels for a hedge. Was slightly disappointed to find that they were all 4 feet tall - definitely none were closer to the 5 foot mark. Obviously can’t complain as they were within the description of the product, but bearing it in mind for future orders. I also ordered bone meal, which did not arrive with the plants - I bought some from a local garden centre so I could get on with planting, but the customer service team were quick to respond and it sort out.”

“As ordered and on time. Just a small niggle that the packing was inadequate and small components dropped out as it was delivered - but you rapidly offered to replace any missing parts. As it happened, we had enough for our scheme.”

“The item we ordered was out of stock but unfortunately we were not advised of this. It took an email enquiring why we hadn't received it to find this out (hence the 4 stars). Once we were over this hurdle, everything was fine and the item arrived when Harrod said it would.”

“Delivered within the timescale. Some of the packaging was damaged on transit. Customer services were very helpful & promised to replace any damaged parts. Thankfully not necessary. My only negative was that the screws locking the corner braces stand proud of the fittings and the netting continually catches on the when fitting to the frame.”

“I have ordered through Harrodsburg Horticultural for several years. The service is always excellent and usually very quick. Naturally there were some delays in delivering some goods in early 2020 due to the pandemic problems, but always there was explanation and assurance of continuing support. The hardware is always of excellent quality.”
