“Potato bags and potatoes arrived together and the compost arrived later in the day. All on time. One if the packs of seed potatoes looked a little dubious compared to the others, however I'm chitting them now and they are sprouting so fingers crossed.”

“the girl who took my order was really nice and helpful, only gripe is the fact I specifically asked my order to be left round the back in the greenhouse, but it was left with a neighbour who I would rather not know my business etc.”

“The raised bed was easy to construct but the support pillars were not as effective as previous versions purchased from your company. I am not convinced that the wood structure will be as long serving as before.”

“The products I have got so far are good quality, and have performed as expected. Only just started using the Rock dust but from this delivery but I know that I had a long season with the strawberries for the last 2 -3 yrs so I will be trying this on most vegs this year. The insect mesh looks like a stronger fabric but the mesh size looks a bit larger than I thought. We will see how it will perform on the cabbages this yr.”

“I ordered 2 Harcostar 227l water butts, which arrived very promptly. It would have been helpful if your catalogue had made it clear the lengths of hose supplied are so short, but perhaps that's Harcostar's fault, and the extra hose lengths I ordered subsequently also arrived very promptly. Also, contrary to what it says on the website, the taps supplied as standard are the hose connector type - so I didn't need the extra taps I ordered.”

“Initial delivery problems with UK Mail courier but Harrod Horticultural sorted this out immediately and item was sent next day delivery at no extra cost. Very efficient staff on the phones. The item was a metal ground feeder tray. It works fine for me as I have put it on grass but the legs are not even meaning that if I placed it on a solid surface it would not sit flat.”

“i purchased some Link- A- Bord raised beds. Ordering was straightforward. Delivery was speedy. They were simple to put together and are now awaiting some plants (when the weather warms up !)”

“overall a really good product looks as if it will last a long time, it came with clear instructions when building, that all said I thought for the price perhaps all the screwing could of been done for us as it was not really flat pack dur due that herdle when building, Lucky for me my partner is a carpenter. thanks for a good servoce and help with delivery overall very happy”

“The Grow Trough looks sturdy though isn't in use yet. The clear plastic lid arrived with a crack in it but was replaced without question within 48 hours which was impressive. The pre-drilled hole in the base of each leg is good but it would be helpful if the hole was actually on the side of the leg as when it's sat on a solid surface, it will become blocked and therefore not drain efficiently.”

“Prompt service. Friendly and patient staff in the office. Cage only partially completed as I had to muster 5 people to help me put the roof on and have yet to find the time to put the netting on. Video was helpful. Assembly of standard raised bed really does require an electric screwdriver as suggested unless you have strong wrists!”
