“The slot and lock cloche system is a good idea but the actual use of the covers is difficult due the ends not being tied to the frame so that the zips could give good access. In fact one end of cover is tied to frame the zip that end no good and the difficult as end falls off in fact it is easiest to pick whole lot so zips a waste of time.”

“Service from you company very good BUT service from carrier very poor. The carrier totally failed to deliver on the day when then said they would - let alone within the delivery slot; they didn't contact that day to say sorry or when would be delivered; they failed to meet the delivery slot then [eventually] told me it would be on the next day - although it was delivered later the second day. I would suggest finding another carrier as I have better things to do than wait in for days on end hoping the delivery will be made.”

“A well constructed kit that allowed us to make what we have always wanted a great raised bed to grow our vegetables, while still looking like a smart addition to our small urban garden. Construction was fairly easy but a good drill and screwdriver is essential.”

“charming and helpful staff. only complaint was that I ordered some plant stands that had to go back as too large, it's was a late pick up and the van driver was in a hurry and had to squash them into the van as it was so full and as a result, I have been advised that two of the seven are damaged and I won't be eligible for a refund., they certainly left here in perfect condition. I am now in the process of ordering smaller ones to replace these. but it might be worth checking with a royal mail re this delivery of the ones returned.”

“I opened the package in the evening and was disappointed to see the instructions said an electric drill was recommended and, as I had no chance of access to one just then, I decided to go ahead anyway. This 66 year old woman had no difficulty in assembling the planter because there are pre-drilled holes. So it's worth trying even without a drill, though an electric screwdriver attachment would definitely have speeded the process up. 2 or 3 of the pre-drilled holes didn't line up with the vertical support which is OK now but may be a problem later. Maybe that's why a drill is recommended so you can get the holes in the right place. My only other gripe is that all the photos on the website show a surround wide enough to sit on, which might also add a bit of stability. I assumed this would be included. I was wrong, so be sure to look out for the extra bit about "optional capping" which would allow you to sit more comfortably on the planter. Looks nice though. My 6ft x 2 ft planter is coffin-sized and shaped, but filled with flowers, it's a very nice coffin.”

“Good quality wood for the raised bed - very pleased with this. However, the screws supplied are of very low quality and far too soft for screwing into the side planks - they kept slipping and then had to be removed by hack saw. This made the construction of the beds very frustrating. I had to buy new screws from a DIY store which worked much better.”

“Just about completed the construction. Everything was easy to assemble. I bedded the uprights in a small cement foundation. One minor criticism... I feel a diagonal bar would be advisable for the door. When hung it sags a little, loses it's rectangular shape. I made/fitted my own diagonal and the door looks better for it, more professional! Otherwise I am pleased with the overall finish.”

“The ideal support for 2 beautiful, but rather lax, floppy roses. Now I will not have to bend down so far to enjoy their fabulous scent. The supports also have an attractive, rather regal, crown like appearance when the roses are hard pruned in spring.”

“In my oppinion, the advert in the the publication was very misleading. The illustration was not compatible with the picture. To obtain a frame of 4ft with the poles could only be 1metre long, an increase in hight was shown as a 6ft base spread. Anyway the final equipment was superb and will be very good in use.”
