“Large manger planter arrived in good time and was relatively easy to assemble, although some of the pre-drilled holed were out of alignment, so some adjustment/re-drilling needed. Looks a good solid job when completed.”

“This compost bin is good for making leafmould. Its advantage is that it just a little larger than available models in the past - however what is not nearly so good is the attachment arrangement for joining the sides. These are very fiddly little hooks which have to be lined up and slid into corresponding 'eyes' and doing this is by far the most time consuming part of putting the bin together. Much better was the system on earlier models; each side wall had a number of 'eyes' up the edges which needed to join, and these were then held together by a rod (the same height as the bin) which slid down connecting all the 'eyes'. This makes assembly much easier in the first place and has the great advantage of enabling a much more efficient emptying of the bin when all the leaves have rotted down; you just slide out one of the rods and the side wall swings out like a door.”

“Delivery was efficient and quick however the arch itself is very disappointing. To my mind it's out of proportion - too tall for its width and rather cheap looking and hugely overpriced - I shall be selling it at the first opportunity.”

“Site was easy to use and the mandoline arrived swiftly. Marked down because the product box was slightly dirty and tatty which would have been disapppointing if it had been a gift for someone. However the contents were undamaged.”

“Vert efficient and left neatly in the greenhouse as requested. The cloches are reasonably sturdy and are now assembled. It was good to be given a new pair of my favourite gardening gloves as well.”

“The ordering was easy and the raised bed was delivered on time. That part all worked very well. My only problem was that the holes drilled into the planks of wood were in the wrong place. As I had no drill, this meant that the finished job was not great. If the holes were in the right place, I would buy more of these beds. As it is, however, I am not sure.”

“Good efficient service. The net for the pond looked a bit strange but the diamond shape makes it quite stretchy and easy to fit our irregular shape and is certainly strong enough to ward off our local heron and foxes who hungrily eye up our fish.”
