“I am delighted with the products I have bought. They are well made and sturdy, delivered in a reasonable time and well packed. Sadly they are also a little on the expensive side, I believe this is because you are buying from Harrod's.”

“Very quick and efficient orderng system and delivery within a few days. Very responsive on phone when I under ordered somne connectors. Did have problem with one of the poles suppied not being right diameter (must have been milling mistake) but they were very responsive to issue and new pole sent out within a day (awaited so assume will fit). Quality of units supplied has been very good with simple instructions. Not the cheapest of options but provding they last a long time then they look good value. To be accurate I am talking about fruit frames so cannot comment on other items.”

“Having bought several items from Harrod, including fruit cages, and more recently a mini greenhouse along with the most recent planter trough I have no doubts when it comes to the quality of your goods, BUT when it comes to the choice of your delivery company, in this case DHL - it's nothing short of atrocious.”

“The arch came quickly with all necessary bits. Instructions easy to follow but watch out for two pieces 5cm’s shorter which could have been marked.”

“they were very easy to talk to on the phone and ordering was extremely easy. The chicken run box steel is well made and bought the matching ground spikes to go with it. very pleased with the product.”

“Umm, can’t believe I’m receiving this invitation to review my order when the wrong item was delivered so I didn’t accept the delivery. Still waiting for a reply to my query and waiting for my original order!”
