“Speedy delivery of excellent product(aluminium fruit cage) with good instructions. I thought there were parts missing(but then later found them!!) and the very helpful girl on reception was quite happy to send any missing part, but it was not needed. I have now assembled the cage and am very happy with the result. I shall buy further garden products from Harrods when needed.”

“Good customer service by phone; having lost a couple of mini latch inserts for one of the doors on my veg cage I had expected to pay for another latch assembly. I called and (only) the missing parts arrived next day, free.”
