“I was rather disappointed with delivery not as notified and had to telephone as we were going away and did not want it left in the greenhouse. The roof netting had two small holes which we repaired and in one or two places the interlocking was twisted so also a bit disappointed with the product.”

“I had the superior raised beds. Basically it’s a good kit but it is difficult to Align the upright poles correctly to construct the raised beds properly. The screw heads are soft and easily damaged when using a power driver. That said the finished product is good.”

“I ordered three fruit trees late in the season. All three arrived within a few days in superb condition and look extremely happy in their position in the orchard. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure that the order was fulfilled swiftly. My rating is therefore 'outstanding'.”

“I was really pleased with my strawberry and vegetable cages. They are easy to put together and look as though will be easy to take apart at the end of the season for winter storage. They look to be good for many years of use. Delivery was prompt and I was kept informed of progress of the order. I would definitely use Harrods again.”
