Past service has been good however your record-keeping must be poor: I cancelled my order after it was delayed for a third time. I appreciate that companies are having supply issues at times, however, possible delays should be flagged up in advance or the affected products not advertised.

Whilst most of our products are manufactured by ourselves, regrettably, the Link-a-bord Raised Beds are a bought-in product and we are completely in the hands of our suppliers regarding stock dates. I have lost count of the number of times my order has been delayed. The lead time is now so long it has become farcical.

The products themselves are manufactured in-house but unfortunately, we have been let down by our suppliers of the raw material which we source externally. I have not yet erected my fruit cage, as will not be needed until Spring. However, the parts were delivered quite promptly.

I ordered 3 raised beds. Enough was delivered for just one raised bed and despite several calls from us we have had no firm date for the delivery of the remainder for months. We have been told there are people waiting even longer than we have. The last call, three weeks ago, said the raised beds were stuck at the Port of Felixstowe. Still no sign of them and no communication from Harrods??

Ordered plastic raised beds. Unfortunately there was an unexpected delay in obtaining these from the manufacturer with a consequent delay in delivery to me. But HH kept me up to date, I did not have to chase them. The beds were simple to erect, even for arthritic hands.

Decided to order the Hot Bin Mk2 from Harrod's mainly because they had the best price. Item arrived reasonably quickly I think it came from the manufacturers. All in all I was pleased with the service and the item I bought from Harrod.
