“Ordered a 3 tier 4'x6' Superior raised bed with capping and liner. This is the 13th raised bed ordered over the last 12 years or so. The website and ordering process is simple and lots of options to choose from. Products seem overly priced (and increased 20% over the pandemic) but proceeded based on prior experience. Shipping and delivery prompt (within a week of ordering - most of the time with the courier). On arrival, a significant number of issues with the quality of the order - split corner post, badly damaged planks (prior to packing, so not a transit issue), incorrect fixing brackets, capping badly splintered and finished (where your hands go on the finished product). I get that it is wood and it will have natural defects, but there was an apparent lack of quality control and for the best part of £600 I would expect much better. On the positive side, the customer support team was very helpful in getting this sorted and replacements dispatched. Can only think that an additional few minutes checking the order was up to standard on packing would save frustration with the customer, time spent with customer service and the additional costs incurred by HH in correcting the issue. Advice is that the product (when correct) is very good and customer service excellent - just check the contents thoroughly on arrival for defects or issues.”

“I ordered 4 raised beds. I ordered them from Harrod because I have had goods from them before and quality and price are, after some research, better than elsewhere. They were ordered and delivered well in advance of the time when I needed them. I will order 2 more in due course, when the brassicas have finished. ("some pop-up calling itself 'Grammarly' suggests I have not written very good English. I cannot find the word 'Grammarly in my dictionary and I do not need lessons from them!)”

“Helpful response to questions about the bird netting we were interested in, and a set of samples which arrived very quickly . The bird netting is a really excellent product, though it is not easy to cut and fit to size - it seems to have a mind of its own!”

“I have 5 of these large supports, I grow dahlias and they often grow to seven feet high, these supports work very well, and often disappear in the foliage. In previous years we have high winds my dahlias have suffered, but now these supports hold them well. the delivery is fast. They are not cheap but after trying all sorts of other supports I have now found the perfect one. I usually buy one a year.”
