“Very smart looking. Very well made. Very well packaged to avoid damage, unlike other products from Harros that due to damage in transit started to rust within a week.”

“I was very happy the Burgon & Ball children's garden tools. They were beautifully made and excellent quality. Delivery was as promised. My only disappointment was to do with the delivery. The goods were just sent in a clear plastic bags with no protective packaging, so it was evident what the contents were. They package was delivered to my office as requested. A note on the package said please check immediately for damage. As I was in meetings for most of the day, it was some hours later before I was able to check. Fortunately there was no damage - but I think this system needs re-considering.”

“Since the small fruit cage was to be sited on sloping ground it would have been simpler to assemble the frame having it upside down and then right it to move to its site. The instruction made it awkward to assemble.”

“Very pleased with the service and the prompt delivery. The popadome is good. Also pleased that you were able to sort out the problem with delivery charges and our post code. Agriframes and Two Wests deliver to IV30 postcodes at their standard rate. I know that we are a long way from Lowestoft because we regularly have holidays in Walberswick. But we are on the main A96 trunk road from Aberdeen and your courier should not have a problem with our location. I hope to be able to order from you in the future with the standard delivery rate. If so I would purchase again and recommend you to others. Chris Toon”

“Don't normally do reviews bit I thought I would on this occasion. This would have been a 5 star review had it not been for the courier issues. I was supposed to receive 3 parcels but only 2 came. I spoke to the customer service team who were very helpful indeed. In my opinion the service I received from Harrod Horticultural was great Great company, great product, let down by the courier company”

“Not a lot to say about a piece of bent wire !! BUT it is nicely bent , strong , good quality steel and rusting to a 'natural ' finish. Pricey , but the service was swift and saved me a lot of time .”
