I thought this was expensive for what it was. Good quality though apart from the screws which were awful.

We ordered a 2.5 x 3 m fruit cage and it went together very easily and is very robust. My only complaint is that the door has to go on a corner - there is only one additional vertical door support. This is not clear from the website - from the limited information available I got the impression the door could be mounted anywhere, not just on a corner.

I was disappointed that the bag of soil was delivered on a normal lorry and that the driver couldn't reverse up our drive; I had to assist by pushing the ton load on a sack truck onto our property. Not good considering I'm a 65 yrs old woman with arthritis. Last time I ordered similar from you it arrived on a builders lorry with a crane!

Bought a pack of plant supports. Very durable product, which I couldn't buy locally. Very efficient service and good were well packed and despatched very quickly. Harrod have an excellent range of products and I never have problems with items being out of stock.

The arch was far too tall. We had to take about 18 inches off to bring into proportion. One of the tubes of the fence was rough on the inside and ruined the connector. Fortunately we had a spare from the replaced arch connection, filed down the tube and fixed it. Still find the connectors not entirely satisfactory - they have to be very exact not to pull out. But the end result does look good, and definitely fills a gap in the market.

product is great and relatively easy to put together. Only down side was that the delivery person left all 8 parcels in our driveway - directly in front of the front door... although I'm sure I said if out leave in front of shed at laft of property [slightly out of general sight]!

The bean frame looks very robust and I hope to get many years service. BUT the instructions for assembly are inadequate and totally confusing. There is no step by step guide which would have greatly helped. Also the securing pegs are far too short and do not do the job. I have had to improvise a better and more secure system. These comments echo those made by so many other reviews and I am surprised that you have not addressed these issues by now.

I was very happy with the butterfly-proof fruit/veg cage which is excellent and easy to erect and to release the mesh to get at the plants. My only disappointment was that one is no longer able to get the netting in the narrower width.

Goods arrived promptly and in perfect order. We felt the fruit cage was a bit like building flat pack furniture, the instructions were not always clear. The tunnel we bought as well was perfect and they are both fit for purpose. We will definitely use you again, thank you

Just assembled third micro manger - still don't understand why the identification of the fixings / screws is so complicated.

I purchased a netting cage 1.5H x 2mL x 1mW, to cover my 3 blueberry bushes. It looked very good when I finished setting it up. However, the only problem is that I had to cut an opening to be able to pick the blueberries. I then had to purchase additional netting locally, to cover the opening because I need to keep the birds from eating the fruit. I never took this into account at the time of purchasing, so my own fault

Very pleased with quality of netting. Just a bit disappointed that it was not fitted to the poles, but it was very easy to set up and we were impressed with the design of the pegs for holding netting down.

Gardeners' World tomatoes and dwarf French beans arrived beautifully packaged and thus far, tomatoes doing very well. Sadly, French beans, having spent some time in the greenhouse, when planted outside, have 99% disappeared - either succumbed to underground slugs or local pigeon population - this has happened before to French beans so not specific to the latest attempt
