“I was very pleased with the 'downpipe trellis' I purchased recently. However, what I really wanted was a trellis to cover a soil pipe! this being of larger circumference, which you do not have. Fortunately, I have a good DIY neighbour and he modified it to fit the soil pipe.”

“I ordered a "Poppadome" to ripen my tomatoes before going away. It was delivered so fast that the company deposited it in my unemptied rubbish bin - whereupon it was taken away! However, Harrod, true to their word, very rapidly replaced it without fuss, so I now have so many tomatoes I cannot keep pace with them. I highly recommend the "poppadome", of which are sized to suit most gardens.”

“The plants in the Greenhouse didn't do very well last year because I didn't insulate the greenhouse this year I have and they are already benefitting from it, Excellent would Definitely recommend it to friends and family”

“Easy to order on-line but good hard copy brochure is also available. The orders arrived very quickly - within a few days - and the last three orders that I have received, they have been securely packaged to avoid damage and very professionally put together.”

“STILL WAITING. Notified of a long delay shortly after placing my order. I was informed that the there has been a further delay on top of this. So I can't really comment on the quality of the goods received as I am still waiting to receive it. Gardening is seasonal, so if you can't get the items you order in a timely manner, they might not be much use to you, at least till the following year.”

“Excellent item and service. The can has such a very fine rose and as I use water from a butt it quickly gets clogged up. I am surprised you don't apparently offer any other rose. I don't need a fine rose at all. Is there any chance you could supply me with a much coarser one ? My butt gets its water from a roof that is quite mossy. Tony Bowden”
