“Very poor delivery, and poor customer service”

Many thanks for both your recent order and review. We are very sorry to hear of the problems you encountered during the delivery of your goods by our carriers. We take all comments regarding delivery very seriously as it is one of the aspects of our operation we cannot directly affect once the goods leave our warehouse. “The netting is good. However, when I telephoned to ask why there was a delay in delivery, they had no idea why it had not been dispatched. The person apologised profusely and redeemed my delivery charge. The netting was then received within an acceptable time.”

“Can’t fault the helpful customer service team but the goods were wrongly addressed, still used the wrong postcode on a second attempt and it required 3 phone calls to receive what I ordered.”

“Getting through on the phone is very difficult. The free 30 day offer is unclear and it does tell me why. My orders for Strulch which I buy gives me a code and these are rejected.”

“Ordered an raised bed online at the end of March. When we inquired when the product would be delivered, they advised us there'd be a further 6-week delay. We decided to switch our order to a metal raised bed and it was delivered at the end of April. But when we tried to assemble, we realised the instruction and the whole fixings were missing from the package! We were hoping to complete our garden project over the May Bank Holiday but our plan was ruined due to the missing parts. When we called the customer service, the lady was not apologetic at all and told us that they hadn't even checked emails from the week before! Even though they delivered the missing parts quite quickly, we realised that there were still MORE missing parts!! After the 3rd delivery from Harrod Horticultural, we finally had all the parts to complete the product. Now almost at the end of May, the raised bed is still not placed in our garden. It's caused us further delays and missied opportunities to sow/plant some of vegetables/ flowers we were hoping to grow this year. Very disappointing.”

“Very efficient so we are very impressed by all our dealings with you. We are always fearful about assembling items because bolts etc don't seem to fit properly. Yours did . We were delighted and relieved at how well and easily they fitted and the instructions were clear. We love the oberlisks. We note they were of British manufacture too. Thank you.”

“My order took much much longer than was said on the website. Because I really needed the product, I called the customer service and I have been told that they will send it in the same day with one day delivery. Took another week to get it. Happy with the product, not happy with the delivery and customer service.”
