It takes a little longer to receive goods compared to other online companies. Having said that it states a 10 day delivery when ordering but in reality I received an email that goods had been dispatched and had delivery next day.

This is the first time I have used your company, I found your staff very helpful. Just one issue I have with the netting (£123.00) it came with 2 holes and a label tied through them. Not very good for keeping bugs out. I have spoken to Andrew, still waiting for his reply.

After 3 months I am still waiting for the obelisks I ordered. I fully appreciate that this means that your suppliers let you down but the wait is excessive and it seems to me that this survey is somewhat previous as I am still waiting for the order to be fulfilled.

Arrived promptly and we'll packed. Very pleased with my fruit cage now it's up - but found the screws in the connectors (to hold the bars in place) extremely difficult to screw in. Holes were too small and screws poor quality so lost the screw head definition. Ended up having to replace some screws and make the holes slightly larger. Once up is sturdy has withstood high winds and net grips work really well.

I have always had excellent service from Harrod Horticultural before, but my experience with a recent order was not good. Firstly the delivery was delayed, then only two of three parcels were delivered. When it all eventually arrived, there was an item missing and I discovered that wrongly sized corner connectors had been sent for the veg cage I had ordered. Customer services were initially very helpful and apologetic, but I was then sent only three correctly sized corners. When I queried this, I was told they didn't have any more in stock – why they bothered sending just three I'm not sure! The fourth corner did eventually arrive a few days later and the cage is now fine, but sadly I was left far from impressed with the service this time round.

The service was excellent, my item was delayed, no fault of Harrod, it was all to do with imports. Harrod Horticultural kept me informed from the beginning. Oh and the pricing was very competitive.

There was a long delay in getting our raised beds - over a month. I except that there can be supply problems but although we had updates to begin with, after a while all went silent. It was left to me to chase up the order. As a customer, this didn’t make me feel very important. As always, I am happy with the quality of the product but not with the customer services.

We do state on our website the current lead times for our products and for Standard Raised Beds, we were quoting 4-6 weeks at the time when you placed your order.
