“Excellent product; a large garden arch, stunning to look at, great quality, sturdy and no doubt durable. It was delivered as expected, and packed securely to avoid scratching/damage in transit. Assembly was made easy with clear instructions. We enquired about a bespoke arch and got excellent advice and guidance. We felt that the team went above and beyond their duty in helping us.”

“Delivery times are as advised, product is as per the online information. The product is very well made and looks great. Our item came with fitting instructions, screws and rawl plugs. We have purchased a few things from Harrod Horticultural and have never been disappointed.”

“Ordered 2 metal raised beds for my garden. The first bed arrived within a few days and despite a delay in receiving the 2nd due to stock shortage, beyond the control of Harrod Horticultural, the products were excellent and just what I needed, delivery was trackable which was very helpful and I received regular emails from Harrod Horticultural keeping me up to date with what was happening with my delayed order. Excellent customer service. Have bought products from them before and will continue to do so.”

“The products from Harrod Horticultural are always good quality. The only criticism I have and it’s minor, is that the peg holes in the insect netting do not match the peg holes in the main frame at the corners.”

“Frame was as described and went together well. So far has worked and is not too conspicuous. Took a while to arrive We were informed about delivery day but it was a bit short notice. Overall very happy. Thank you.”

“Products are great, delivery is usually efficient, but for the second time this month no despatch of in stock items after 10, and now 8 days….. Promised next day delivery and postage refund on first items didn’t materialise. Disappointing as a long term customer.”

“I have jusr put up the insect pest and wind barrier that I ordered earlier. It is not very effective . The clips slide down the rods and don't hold the netting up and as soon as there is any wind the clips pop off. I have substituted some of the rods I bought for hoop extensions and they seem to be working better; the clips grip more snuggly on these. I don't know what's gone wrong as surely you tested this piece of kit before marketing it and you would have known that the net was not held in place. I've always trusted Harrods to supply me with good sturdy stuff that does the job it's meant for , and up until now ,I have not been disappointed.”

“Still haven’t got my order. Over a week before it was dispatched (why?), then 3 days to be delivered, which turned into 4days.. Due to be delivered today, we waited in all day and nothing. Tracking says a card was left but there is no card. If it doesn’t arrive tomorrow we won’t be here for 2weeks. The products might be good - we may never know- but dispatch snd delivery leave a lot to be desired. If I could cancel my order now I would.”
