“Good communication and speedy delivery. Only negative was that courier delivered before Harrod advised. Luckily we were home or an expensive item would have been left outside the house as happened before.”

“Customer service is absolutely amazing! Communication and responses are almost instantly. When there was a slight issue, they sorted it out straight away and without any hassle. The beds are so easy to assemble and very sturdy.”
