“I ordered an item which needed some self assembly, but the instructions were very inadequate. I phoned the customer service department, who were as helpful as they could be, but it took two calls, and a trip over to the warehouse on the part of the lady I spoke to the second time to resolve the problem. i would like to think that you have now done something to improve the instructions, but I had been told that no one else had made this complaint before, so probably not. I'm afraid that I'm not ordering the item again just to find out! Thanks, Frances”

“Raised beds look fantastic when built but wish I had ordered multiples of 4x4 size rather than 8x4. For a retired couple these are very cumbersome when building but we are getting there.”

“Easy to order online, arrived sooner than expected. Well made and does the job of picking fruit very easy. I may think about varnishing handle as it will have to be strored outside. Very pleased generally.”

“The loops and the net do their job of protecting the crop from winds and butterflies. However, the stakes holding them in the soil are not sturdy and with the damp soil soon get loose. It is necessary to put an additional support in the middle of the loop with a garden wire anchored to a stake positioned in the soil just below the highest point of the loop.”

“I wanted a strong pond net, with a reasonably tight mesh, at the size I wanted. Harrods " cut to size" was exactly what I right! Not cheap, but strong and exactly what I wanted. Very pleased!”

“The birds in our garden enjoy all the food we buy from Harrods! We have had good experiences when ordering from Harrods. My only dissappointment is the discontinuation of the large sacks of suet pellets, we use so many that when we finish the supply we have we will have to try elsewhere.”

“I am usually very pleased with my order from you, BUT I have just received the weevil nematodes and went to use them. Someone had stuck my address label right over the instructions and it wouldn't peel off ! Please bring this to the notice of your staff.”

“one or two snags in the installation due to some parts mis-drilled but nothing serious. Definitely need two persons for one or two operations. Painting is advised to improve appearance and to improve longevity.”
