“The greenhouse staging was actually mostly assembled by my son who is far more practical than I. .We had ordered a long length of staging with numerous parts. I was impressed that nothing was missing in the delivery. The only problem that we experienced was that the slatting fits very tightly in the frame which a good feature but if the bolts on the frame are fully tightened before inserting the slats most will not fit. By loosening of the frames bolts it was possible to insert the slats without further trouble. It would have saved a lot of time if this had been mentioned in the instructions.”

“The 10mm is good although the width caused me a problem in my wooden greenhouse as the panels were narrower. But I managed.”

“Goods delivered promptly but free gift was missing , perhaps because some of the packaging was loose. Goods are ideal for their intended use and look lovely now they are in position in the garden. I chose rust, not. black, because I have a cottage garden and felt they would blend in naturally.”

“Ordering easy, product good, delivery not quite so good. I had asked for it to be left on porch and it was not. When it was delivered next day it was clearly marked leave on porch, so a problem with delivery company rather than Harrod Horticultural.”

“Bubble wrap for greenhouse was easy to put up with the special fasteners.although if you haven't got strong fingers it would be difficult for you.otherwise excellent service and delivery.”

“Ordered a fruit cage door 'pack' which arrived promptly and well packaged. However one of the bolts was the wrong size. I am sure of this because I have fitted one of these doors before. I did not complain and request a new bolt due to time constraints. I easily found one the correct size in my own collection.”

“I ordered an item which needed some self assembly, but the instructions were very inadequate. I phoned the customer service department, who were as helpful as they could be, but it took two calls, and a trip over to the warehouse on the part of the lady I spoke to the second time to resolve the problem. i would like to think that you have now done something to improve the instructions, but I had been told that no one else had made this complaint before, so probably not. I'm afraid that I'm not ordering the item again just to find out! Thanks, Frances”

“Raised beds look fantastic when built but wish I had ordered multiples of 4x4 size rather than 8x4. For a retired couple these are very cumbersome when building but we are getting there.”

“Easy to order online, arrived sooner than expected. Well made and does the job of picking fruit very easy. I may think about varnishing handle as it will have to be strored outside. Very pleased generally.”

“The loops and the net do their job of protecting the crop from winds and butterflies. However, the stakes holding them in the soil are not sturdy and with the damp soil soon get loose. It is necessary to put an additional support in the middle of the loop with a garden wire anchored to a stake positioned in the soil just below the highest point of the loop.”
