“Harrods Horticultural are very good....however I am still awaiting one item which has been delayed several times. It's a bit annoying as it was a present for a birthday in August!”

“It took a while to work out how to order different sizes of net on one order. Once I had worked that out, I then had to ring to ask why my discount code didn't work, apparently you cannot have further discounts on cut sizes. I eventually begrudgingly accepted that, and order the nets I need for my allotment. They came within two days, much quicker than promised, so I was pleased with that, The net is good quality, and is preventlng blackbirds for stealing my raspberries as I write this.”

“video very useful- paperwork OK. Certainly needed two people to put up, So pleased with the cage now it is up--my hens love the extra space and security it gives. Value for money. Delivery was quick and efficient.”

“Delivered on time. I bought 3 raised bed liners, 2 the same size which came in the correct size, 1 larger one which I question whether it was the size it was meant to be, but I was in a rush and it did the job, so I didn't complain or send back”

“A query on delivery was answered promptly and politely. My only problem in putting together the Roman arch was in not being able to achieve a close tight fit with all of the horizontal pieces; some show up to an inch of plastic connector rather than being flush with the upright. However, this is clearly a quality product and I would recommend Harrod Horticultural.”

“Overall I was satisfied with service. It was quick and informative. However I bought netting, no,t I thought from the site, a special offer or made to measure - it was one of the sizes listed - but was denied the ten per cent discount I felt I was due. I queried this and was told it was a special order. I would not believe any further discount offers! I am unable to enter farther comments as asked for below. The site will not let me!”

“Easy to fit, good value. The glass panes initially tended to slip out of their securings, but this is easily, and obviously, overcome with a squeeze of pliers, though fingers were adequate.”

“Not aware when chose the goods that it was in fact a different supplier and waited quite some time for any confirmation details of delivery etc When goods arrived one package was missing which turned out to be broken but replacement received next day mainly due to Sandra who was a great help throughout the process I was glad I had a man to help me put together the product as it certainly was to my mind quite tricky I guess overall for the price and my personal needs it is quite satisfactory but it was certainly only a sales pitch catalogue with little else and I'm not sure I would recommend it to anyone.”

“Good service and prompt delivery. One quibble is that the extra payment required for next day delivery still could not absolutely guarantee it (or so I was told by your customer service person) as it is down to the courier. This makes it difficult for those needing to take a time off to be at home for bulky items and if there's not always an appropriate place to leave them, or neighbours are also out at work. Although I was informed on the actual day of delivery the approximate time of arrival, that would be too late for any arrangements to be made (luckily I was at home). It would be great if customers could at least choose a day for delivery to ensure receipt, through interface with couriers used if necessary, as some other retailers do provide this service.”
