“Your product is first class and I knew it would be from previous purchases, the Arch and Obelisk enhance the garden and when the flowers cover them it should look amazing, the service was ultra quick well done once again Harrod.”

“Wood was slightly damp on arrival as plastic packaging was damaged and open along one end - presumably due to couriers? Dried out quickly and kit easy to put together.”

“I ordered a bistro set of 2 chairs and a table, but unfortunately, one chair was bent and faulty. I contacted the team at Harrod and ,# they said they would sort it. but they didn't and nobody has been in contact since. i spoke to someone at your Chelsea Flower show stand and still nothing has been done not impressed”

“Is about a month since we constructed the cage, need 2 to do it . All parts are well made but my son , an engineer , felt it would be better if we bought the steel cage. The aluminium rods seem less firm n sags at the door area . We did our best to level it , spirit level necessary, net cast n we are happy ! Will recommend this cage , very decent size indeed , freely walking in n out , weeding n fertilising made easy. Thank you .”
