Service in general is very good from ordering to receipt of goods, My only disappointment was that I did not receive any paper instructions on how to erect my Fruit Cage

Fleece was wonderful, easily laid and perfect for ground cover. The large heavy duty tri ground pegs were so large that my 6'5" 18st husband couldn't push Evan one into the ground. This is in Dec after much rain with no frost around.I guess stones are to blame hear, and I proberbly need thin metal spikes, but it's worth thinking about if your ground has plenty of stones in it.They are a very large diameter peg,and very difficult to push in.

Looks good, arrived on time, easy to assemble and fix to the ground. Just need to see the roses, wisteria and clematis in flower upon it and I'll write another review.

It was easy to purchase a the Christmas present requested by my daughter in Canada and prompt service in time to get it there for Christmas. Thank you I can only comment on my dealings with the company but I will ask her to let me know about the product or possibly forward her the review for her comments

Our most recent purchase was raised garden beds. Generally, we are happy with these but the corner posts are quite hard and the screws have soft heads so that the screw heads often became chewed up. You recommend drilling pilot holes but this is laborious. We have an electric drill and a hand drill so we either had to keep changing the bit on the electric drill or use the hand drill. Using the latter, we managed to break a drill bit in the hard wood of the corner post so then drove the screws through with the electric drill. In most cases this was fine but in a few cases it took several efforts and even then left some screw heads proud. Good product but could be better. Also, it would have been helpful to have a guide as to the best way of fitting the liners. We just managed to tuck the handles under the capping but still had to tack edges in place. By the way what happens if you want to put supporting stakes in for, say, broad beans?

Thank you for your review and your order. We are very disappointed to learn that the items you ordered did not meet your expectations. As we are always trying to improve both the products we supply and the service we provide to our customers, we have forwarded your findings to our Product Development Team, who have the remit to evaluate any products which may be considered to be underperforming. If you would like to put supporting stakes in your Beds, you would need to pierce the liners to be able to insert the stakes deeper into the ground. Thank you again for your order and please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
