“Orders are processed quickly and efficiently. When ever I have phone in your staff are very helpful and friendly. You also stock a range of chicken netting which I am looking at for improving my chicken run. The sheep's wool potting compost I recently purchased is fantastic - it is lighter than most others, it is a good crumbly consistency and the plants have grown so quickly.”

“I wanted to create some raised beds but, never having done so, needed some advice regarding options as to how to go about it and how to manage them. The Harrods website is very clear and the video links really helpful. The support team were great in respect of arranging delivery, too. The kits arrived to schedule, were 'all present and correct' and were a dream to assemble. The topsoil, arranged by Harrods, too, arrived shortly afterwards. All three raised beds are now planted and the veg coming on strong. Thank You!”

“We are delighted with the product purchased, a medium Vintage Steel Wire Obelisk. It is of very good quality, sturdy and just what is needed to support a new climbing rose. There were problems supplying the obelisk, which I undestand was down to raw material issues. This caused potential delivery difficulties due to our absence from home for two weeks but a satisfactory solution was worked out before hand with Harrod's customer services. The obelisk was well worth the wait.”
