“I ordered two plant supports which arrived on time. They were exactly what I needed for my peonies. Now, a few weeks on they have done their job admirably holding my peonies up even after the blooms have opened (which is when the stems topple due to the weight of the bloom.) No problems this year except for the extra plant that has appeared so will have to order another support before next year. This is the first time I have used Harrod Horticulture but it will not be the last. Thank you Harrod.”

“The metal beds we bought from you are excellent, although a little bit difficult to put together!! Otherwise I would have graded it 5 stars I also bought some slug and snail pellets from you, which have proved to be the best I have ever bought, for getting rid of snails and slugs. I would definitely grade those 5 stars. Your service and web site were excellent. Many thanks”

“Goods received well packed and in reasonable time but I’d had no previous notification of delivery date and was not in to accept them. Arrived home to find everything ‘dumped’ in the drive despite request to ‘leave in porch’”

Thank you for your order and review. Please accept our apologies for the problems you encountered during the delivery of your goods by one of our carriers. It is frustrating for us when this happens because we cannot directly affect this part of the service when the goods leave our warehouse so rest assured this will be investigated fully to ensure the standards are improved further. Were you to order from us again we would be able to send this on an alternative carrier service.

“Good sturdy product and prompt delivery. Delivery drivers especially to be praised as they took the time to find the correct property and put the goods in the correct location (so rarely the case in this area with the exception of Royal Mail)”

Due to the season starting so late this year our nursery has only been sending plants when they are well established and ready to plant out. This unfortunately has led to the delay.
