Very satisfied with my Link-a-bord components. I am reconfiguring my existing veg garden layout and needed a few of the shorter length boards. I have had a number of raised beds made with this system for at least 15 years and they are still going strong even though they have been lifted and moved several times. Jarrod Horticultural we’re very helpfu and efficient in delivering to Northern Ireland

Our latest purchase was raised bed netting to keep out pidgeons, cabbage moth etc. it works well. I recently watched a cabbage moth systematically looking for an opening and finally giving up!

I write a review only because I have been invited to and given my experience I am surprised to have been asked. We ordered Peony baskets ahead of needing them for the season and in the event there was a long delay in receiving them such that it was too late to need or use them this year.

Overall I am very pleased with the raised beds. Service was good, keeping me updated on delays with the delivery. Two damaged pieces received, one replaced very quickly. However, the other was not so good service as the staff member refused to order replacement until photo received despite the fact 2 of her colleagues did so without the photo.

Easy to navigate the website and to order the raised beds.I was aware of a delivery delay when ordering which was fine.On receipt of delivery one plank had a split in it but customer services were quick to arrange a new plank for me,with no hassle.

Ordering on line was fairly straightforward and acknowledged promptly. We were advised that of the two items ordered one was incomplete and would be sent soonest. The first parcel with the item short arrived and a while later the second item arrived with the part from the first parcel enclosed. Unfortunately there were three items missing from the second parcel but a phone call to the very helpful customer service lady produced the missing items a few days later.

The bean support seems very strong not tested in high winds. As other reviewers have said at first the assembly seems a bit daunting but my husband, who is used to these things soon had it up and running.

Delivery was fine and our landscape gardener easily installed the arch in November last year. We planted climbing roses which are beginning to climb!

The netting cage appears of good quality and was easy to assemble. However, fitting the additional access strip has damaged the netting and is a poor fit. The instructions are inadequate and customer service was poor.

The Order was delivered by Access Garden Products 2 weeks before the anticipated date. On construction, one pane of glass shattered while being slotted in to place, but one short phone call to Access resulted in the delivery 2 day later, free of charge, of 3 extra panes of glass. I don't think you can improve on that for service.
